2. General information
This policy explains which data is processed when you visit this website, for what purpose and on what legal basis. The website is a purely informational page without user accounts, forms, chat or comment functions.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is operated on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a data centre in Germany. Hetzner acts as a processor. When the site is accessed, the web server processes technically necessary connection data in server log files, in particular:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- requested URL or resource
- HTTP status code and amount of data transferred
- referrer (if transmitted)
- user agent and browser information
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing and securing the website). The log files are deleted automatically after 14 days.
4. Cookies, local storage and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or marketing services. A small script served from our own server provides the switch between light and dark design. Only when you use it does it store your choice ("light" or "dark") in your browser's local storage (localStorage) so that it is kept for your next visit. This value never leaves your device and is not sent to the server. Storing it is strictly necessary for the service you requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG); you can delete it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.
5. External content
All content, images, styles and the script are served from our own server; no fonts, scripts or images are loaded from third parties. Links to external sites are only opened when you click them; the privacy policies of the respective providers apply there.
6. Contact by e-mail
If you contact us by e-mail, your details are stored to handle the request and for possible follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering efficiently).
7. Your rights
You have the right at any time to:
- access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR)
- lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority
8. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be adapted when the legal situation or the services used change. The version published on this page at the time of your visit applies.
